This report is made solely to the company's Trustees. as a body in accordance with section 6513lla} of the Charities Act Northern Ireland 2008 and regulations made under section 66 of the Act. My work has been undertaken so that I might state to the company's Trustees those matters l am required to state to them in an Independent examiner's report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the company and the company's Trustees as a body, for my work of this report. Respertlve responsibilities of trustees and examiner As the company's Trustees land also the directors of the company for the purpose of company law) you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the requirments of the Companies Act 2006. It 15 my responsibility to= examine the accounts under sertion 65 of the Charities Act follow the procedures laid down in the general Direttions given by the Commission under section 6519llbl of the Charities Act state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basls of Independent Examlner's report I have examined your charity account5 as required under section 65 of the Charitie5 Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general dirertions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65{9}(b) of the Charities Act. My examination included a review of the accounting record5 kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It was also included consideration of any unusual items or di5cIosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
