TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT for Gransha Hall Management Committee for the year January 2022 to December 2022 The trustees present their Trustees, Annual Report prepared in accordance with Charities SORP (effective January 2015) and the independently examined statements for the year ended 2022. Structure, Governance and Management Gransha Hall Management Committee is governed by its Constitution that was adopted on 20th May 2016. The trustees at the date of this report and those who served during the financial year together with the dates of any changes as set out are listed below. Public address Mr Mark Fawcett, 58 Derrylin Road, Gortadrehid Little, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT92 2FN Objectlves and Actlvitie8 Objectives The charity's purposes ('the purposes.) are: 3.1 to 8dvance citizenship or community development for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Gransha area of County Fermanagh and the surrounding area (hereinafter called the area of benefit") insofar as is exclusively charitable (and without distinction of age, gender, sexuality, nationality, ethnic origin, political or religious opinion) Key Activities in this Year The activities of the organisalion continue to be an Indoor Bowling Club, musical tuition for flute and drums for all age groups, social and recreational events for all age groups in the area, meeting venue for local people for evening classes for example local history and culture. As the year 2022 is the first year post-covid, two of the key organisations resumed their activities - namely the Indoor Bowling Club and musical tuition classes with a slow increase in numbers attending. The social activities were unable to be restarted due to many people being cautious of returning to large social settings. The year saw a resumption of organisationslindividuals availing of the premises for private functions - eg Birthday parties.

Financial Review Review of Business Gransha Hall Management Committee is non-profit making with an excess expenditure over income of £863 for the year 2022. Heat, light and water expenses continue to increase and with a large increase in the cost of insurance. The hall facility continues to draw Income by means of other organisations hiring the building for social events. The trustees continue to manage resources in an efficient and sustainable manner. Reserves Policy Gransha Hall Management Committee have a Reserves Policy, which requires that reserves are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the organisations core activities could continue during a period of unforeseen difficulty and that the organisations known liabilities will be paid should the organisation cease to trade. Future Plans Gransha Hall Management Committee plan to (i) identify further educational and social needs in the area of benefit,. (li) continue fundraising to build up reserves and (iii) continue to focus on controlling costs, while maintaining the high standards of service to our beneficiaries. STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES for the year ended 3181 December 2022 The Trustees are responsible for preparing the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with all appropriate regulations. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. In so far as the trustees are aware.. there is no relevant information (information needed by the charity's independent examiner in connection with preparing the independent examiners report) of which the charity's independent examiner is unaware, and the trustees have taken all the steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant independent examiner information and to establish that the charity's independent examiner is aware of that information.
