I report to the charity trustee5 on my examinatirx) of the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 March
2024.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity's trustee5 of Inter-Ethnic Forum (Mid And East Antrim) (and also its direthrs for the purposes of
company law) you are responsible for the preparatica of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Companies Ath 2006 ('the 2006 Art,).
Having satisfied myself that the ac￿untS of Inter-Ethnic Forum (Mid And East Antrim) are not required to be
audited under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my
examinaiion of your charitys accoun￿ as carrled out under seciion 65 of thc ChaTiti¥s Atyl (Noiilian Iicland)
2008. In carrying out my examinatiuj I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission und
section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
Basis of independent examiner's r¢port
My examination wa5 carrial out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the
ac¢ounts. and seeking explanation5 from you as trustees concerning any such rnatters. The Pr￿edureS
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that V￿uld be requir￿1 in an audit and consequently no Opini￿ is
given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and frair view, and the report is limit￿ to those matters set out
in the statement below.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirni that no matters hav¢ come to my attention in connection with the
examination givtng me cause to klieve:
l. accounting records were not kept in r&8pect of Inter-Ethnic Forum (Mid And East Antrlm) as requird by
section 386 of the 2006 ACL. or
2. the accounts do not accord with those record5; or
3. the accounts do not comply wlth the accounting requirema]ts of section 396 of the 2006 Act other than
any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view whith is not a matter considered &$ part of an
independent examinati(￿. or
4. the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principlas of the Statement of
Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charities [applicable to charities preparing their
accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of
Ir¢land (FRS 102)].
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examinati(n to which attention
should be dra￿ in this report in order to enable a proper understsnding of the accounts to bB rpached.
