This report covers the Financial Period l- 11-21 throu9h to 1-11-22.
The AGM of the Botanic Primary School PTA that was held on 25th
October 2022. chaired by the Vice-chair of the Governing Body of Botanic
Primary School. At that meeting. the outgoiNJ Chair of the PTA -
Carver introduced herself . notirrfj that she had 2 children currently
attending the school - her eldest three haviThJ f inished. This was her fourth
term as Chair. haviThJ previously served as secretary.

She went on to note:
The committee met 6 times either in-person or via Zoom and were
thonked for their service
Various fundraisiNJ events had taken place
tsisco on the day the AGM had taken place
attended in class bubblesl
The Christmas/Festive jumper Day has highli9hted creativityl
Another 'bubbled' disco for Valentine's Doy was followed later that
term by an Easter Bonnet Competition.
PTA were involved in the School Wellbein9 week was through the May
marathon.
Scheduled maintenance left us unable to have the traditional School
Fair
but there was a &avenger Hunter with BBQ. Tuck Shop and
Tombola on KS2 Sports Day in the afternoon. This was so successful
the general feedback is that it should be repeated.

Mrs. Thompson presented the accounts for the year which will be
subsequently independently audited.
The trustees have regtrd to the Charity Commission's Public Benef it
requirement. and it has been previously agreed that the report of the
outgoing (now current) Chair would be an effective summary of the
previous PTA activities in the period coverirg the financial year.
The PTA started their financial yeor with a credit balance of £3711.43
and finished it with a credit balance of £3663.43. This reflected
income of £1088. 15 and expenditure of £1136.39. There is no other
fund held by the Charity and therefore nothing in def icit.
