|The Charity was formed in 2010. It is governed by a Constitution, created from the
Education Authorityfor Old Warren PrimarySchool.||
|**A summary of the charity’s main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit:**
Our aim is to host fundraising events and activities to contribute to school funds,
providinga better learningenvironment for all of ourpupils rangingin ages from 3 to 11.||
|**The Charitable purposes ofcharity 102625**
**To further these purposes for the public benefit we carried out the following activities:**
Easter decorate an egg competition
Sold hot dogs at sports day
Held a coronation kings and queens day.
Held a cake sale.
There are noprivate benefits incurred from the activities.||
|**Main achievements in theyear**||
|Our main achievement this year was taking part and winning a donation in Lisburn
councils Grand Choice Event, this allowed us to donate £1000 to the KS1 outdoor learning
area.||

|In the financial 2022 to 2023. The Charity had an income of £1565.51 and an expenditure
of £1293.76.
