Charity No. 102604 Annual Report & Statement of Accounts st th 1 July 2022 until 30 June 2023 Prepared by: Nigel Hampton- Trustee Overview In this, our sixth Annual Trustees, reporting period, the group organised 1 activity. Other activities were planned, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, these activities did not take place. The group's objective is to organise a range of events that would bring parents, children and members of the local community together to have fun, foster relationships and raise much-needed funds for play and ICT equipment for the school. The events organised had something for everyone, providing social platforms to promote the School, the school family and importantly helping to raise awareness of the work of the PSG in striving to enhance the quality of school life by providing state-of-the-art equipment and teaching aids. Fundraising activities & Events In October a Fireside Quiz was held and raised £203.00. Summary As is shown in our annual account5, our opening balance for the year was £1,517.59. Funds raised this year amounted to £203.00. Expenditure through donations and costs associated with organising the events came to £117.90, leaving a closing balance of £1,602.69. What were the funds used for? Expenses for our subscription to PTA UK amounted to £100.00 and £17.90 was spent on milkshakes for Sports day.
