Baltykeel Together Development Assoclation is an unincorporated association governed by an
adopted constltution.
Ballykeel Together Development Assoclatlon Is establtshed for the advancement of the communlty
development and actlve cltlzenship for the public benefft of the inhabitants of the Ballykeel ward.
Activities and PerforniAn
In setting our objectlves and planning our actfv5tles for the year the trustees have glven careful
consideration to the Charty Commission Nl's guidance on public benefft to ensure that the actlvlties
have helped to achleve the charlvs purposes and provlde a benefit to the beneflclaries.
We contlnue to support the most vulnerable resldents In Ballykeel by makln8 dellverles of meat
parcels. We were also able to run our monthly Luncheon Club where we were able to put actfvltles
such as ami chalr aeroblcs and sln8in8.
We held our annual Chrfstmas Dlnner.
Our Brf8ht Stars Youth Club was well attended during the year and we took the chlldren horse rldln8
at Sheans Horse Farm, Arnloy.
We held a Chlldrens party and enjoyed several trlps during the year.

Durlng the year we secured fundln8 from the Department for Communlties, The Arnold Clarlc
Community Fund and The Community Foundation Nl . Our total receipts for the year amounted to
£13,826.50. We made payments in total to the value of £19.462.94, leaving US with a bank balance
at the 31 March 2023 of £2.514.58.

Assoclation for the year ended 31 March 2023.

The accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basls. under the historlcal cost
conventlon and In accordance wlth the charitles (Accounts and Reports) Regulations (Northern
Ireland) 2015 whlch are applicable to the flnanclal years of registered charltles be8lnning on or after
01 January 2016 or thelr date of registration wlth the Charlty Commission for Northern Ireland.
The charltable artlvitles are entlrety dependant on the continuatlon of grant ald and voluntary
donatlons, as well as tradlTha revenues. As a consequence, the going Con￿rn basls Is dependant on
the future flow of these uncertaln fundlng streams. Accordln8ty, the Trustees, after revlewlng the
financlal forecasts for futu￿ perlods are satlsfied that, at the tlme of approving the financlal
statements. it is appropriate In adopt the golng concern basis in preparfng the flnancial statements.
Other than these matters, the Trustees are not aware of any material uncertalntles about the
Charws abillty to contlnue as a 80in8 Co￿em.

Unrestricted funds are avallable for use at the dlscretlon of the Trustees In fvrtherance of the
general objectives of the Charlty.
Restrlcted funds are subjected to restrictions on their expendlture Imposed by the donor or through
the ternis of an appeal or as Implled by law.

The Trustees consider that the charity satisfies the test set out in Para8raph I Schedule 6 of the
FInan￿ Act 2010 for UK corporation tsx purposes. Accordingty, the Charlty Is potentially exempt
