## **Trustee Report 1[st] of September 2022 to the 31[st] of August 2023**

This is the Trustees Report for the Friends of St Francis PS Charity group number 102601 for the 2022/2023 School year.

Starting Balance: 2113.53 Closing balance:1789.40

This was a very good year for The Friends of St Francis. This was the first year that it felt we were back to normal. We didn’t do a lot of fundraising this year but it felt like we did more around the and for the school. We started the year getting cakes for the P/R 4’s for First Penance. In May we received a Lottery Grant to put on a Nurture week for the whole community which included a petting farm, a magician, fitness Freddy, an outdoor cinema and other games and activities for the children and their extended family. We also recieved a Credit Union Grant for £300 that went to outside toys and games for each year group. Over all this year it felt like we were getting back to normality.

Myself, Lori Molloy Chairperson, and the rest of the Trustees of The Friends of St Francis also known as FOSF are all approved and were voted in at our AGM in October. This included the resignation of all jobs and re voting in of new members. We all approved the Treasurers Report and are waiting for our indepentdent adit to be completed.

We are still waiting on our banking to be transfered over to a local bank in Lurgan, unfortunately we were not able to do this do to time comitments from our committee board.

We are hoping that the 23/24 year will be as successful as this year.

Lori Molly
