I raport on Ihe financlal statements of FaiNiew Primary School PTA for the Year Ended 30
June 2023 set out on pages 1 to 6.
Respectlve responslbllltles of Trustees and Independènt examiner
Falrvlew Primary School PTA Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the financial
statements in aixordance with the temis of the Chartties Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
Fairview Primary School PTA Trustees conslder that an audit is not required under section
65(2) (audit) of the Charilles Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 for the year and that an independent
examination under section 6411) of the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008 is required.

Basls of Independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out under Section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland)
2008. An examlnatlon Indudes a review of the accounting records kept by Ihe Charity 2nd a
comparison of the financial statements presented with those records. It also Includes
conslderation of any unusual items or disclosures in tha financlal slatements. and seeking
explanations from the Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures do not provide
all the evidence that would be requlred in an audit, and consequently I do not express an
audlt opinlon on the view given by Ihe financial statements.
Independent 8xaminerfs statement
In the course of my examinatlon. no matter has come lo my attention:
(1) whlch gives me reasonable cause to belleve that in any material respect Ihe requlrements:
to keep proper accounting records in accordance with Sectlon 63 of the charlties Act
(Northern Ireland) 2008; and
to prepare financlal statements which accord wlth the accounling records In
accordance wlth Sectbn 64 of the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008 have not
been met; or
(2) to whlch, In my opinion. attention should be dThqwn In order to enable a proper
understanding of the finandal statoments to be reached.
