enjoyable evening and the biggest fundraiser of the year al £715

d The bonus ball Is now established as a rolling event and raised £530

P6 organised a cake sale in support of the HSA of their own initiative and
raised £394.
h We had a Sport'5 Day BBQ for the second year in a row that faised £367.
As usual, Christmas cards V￿re designed by the children and printed by a
third party company for sale lo friends and lamily The card c¢ynpany paKI
share of Ihe proceeds lo the HSA amounting 10 £251.
i. Under Ihe Cash for Clobber scheme old clothes and bedding are collected
and sold lo a company which specialises In recycling these Ilems In
addthon to raising £152 this aclivity supports the School's Ob￿￿1Ve to be
environmenlally fnendly.

4 Public benefit. We set out here how Ilie HSA has benefiled pupils at Ihe School
In the past year The trustees have had regard lo the Charity Commiss￿n'S
public benefit requirement statulory guidance, In the year the HSA spont
£2,171.71 on the following:

film in Downpatrick This is a h•ghlight of the Christmas season lor Ihe
children and IS the only trip in the year undertaken by the entire school:

the sum of £4,440.18 This is in keeping with the HSA'S usual reser4e
