Networklng and partnerships are a part Df the 8UCCéS8 of Ally Foyle and th8 management committee 8sslsts
in helping develop projects that t8ke place. We continue lo meet our alms and cbJectives by supporting and
networklng wlth voluntary & communlty member group8 along with relevant 8t8tutory agenc￿$. In order to
challenge these issues, we continue to srt on various cornmittees working with older people.
We hav• a yearly 8ervi¢e level agreement wlth the WHSCT. who continue to provide funding toward8 Active
Ageing Programmes for our member groups. We are aTrway8 80urcing fundlng to continue to provide
programmes and aclivlties for our older peopkg to take part Sn. Successful grant applications have been

The Charity is very involved in the communlty and w8 rely on Voluntary help We are assisted by volunteers
within each older people's group who help organise programmes wrthin the individual clubs and 9roups

In addition to these mainstays of our annu81 programme we provide inforniatlon to older people, offer tralning
and consultation's and provide different resources such as feel safe le8flets, fire Vdfety leaflets, fa118
prev6ntlon 18afl8ts, grlpper handles, medicine bottles, magnlfiors, walklng maps, informatkjn leaiiets, & hot
drink mug8. We network with different groups and clubs and offer advlce and informatlon through emall,
social medla and new8kgtter8 directly posted out to older people.
We continued lo source and mc8lve fundlng for Indlvldugl packs which have been very succe8slul,

As outlined al)ove all activltles are funded by grants received. During the year Incom6 of £32,334 was
recelvad and total Costs wer8 £36,955. This Seft a deflcit for the year of £4,821 whlch wa8 funded from
opening re88rves of £30,127. Tha Charity was left wlth reserves of £25,508 at tha year ènd.
The Dlrectors were pleasod with the resutts for th8 year. The unre8trict8d r88erves at the year-end were
£2,246.
R•8•rvo• pollcy and golng conc•rn
R688rve8 are needed to bridge the gap betsveen tha 8p6ndlng and recelvlng of Income and to ¢over
unplanned omorgency costs. Due 10 the nalure of Charity, no 8Ctivities are started or costs incurred untll
funding 18 In place. The Directors consitsr that it is not necessary tc hava unr88tricted rèsèrves as fundlng Is
in place to meet all costs.
The trustees have revlewed the circum8tsn¢es of the Charity and consider that there is secured fundlng In
place that is adequate to fund activities for the foreseeable ftrture. The directors are of the vlew that Ihe
Charity Is a going concem.
We will contSnue to 80urce funding for the netMork. Our servrA level 8greem8nt has been extended until
March 2024 to ensuft our sustainability.

Plans for future periods
We plan to conlinue to offer a variety of programmes and activities directly to older people in their clubs,
groups, community centre5 and sheltered l assisted living accommodations. We will continue to source extra
funding for the delivery of positive ageing programmes that we plan directly wlh older people.

Statement of trustees. responslbllities
The Charity Truslees {who are also the directors of the ALLY Foy1e Ltd for the purposes of company lawl are
r8sponsible for preparing a Trustees, Annu81 Report and financial statements in accordance with applicable
law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom.Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
Company law requires the Trustees to prepare financial ststements for each financial period which give a Irue
and fair view of the state of affairs of the charitab18 company and of the profit or loss of the company for that
period.
In preparing these the Trustees are required to..

at any time the financial posits'on of the organisation. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of
the organis8lion 8nd hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other
irregularities.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions for small companies under part 15 of
the Companies Act 2006.
