30th September 2022.
The company was incorporated on the 16th December 1997.
The pi'incipal activities of the organisation are to provide in community Sports facilities,
Tlie company is a registered cliarity, limited by giiarantee and not having a share capital.
The directors considei. the pei'formance of the company dLiring the period and its position at the year end
to be satisfactory.
ESUL
The profit of the company for the yeai. ended 30th September 2022 was £11,878 and was all
attributed to the pi'incipal activity.
ACCOUNTANTS
Tlie accountants, O'Hara Shearer have expressed their willingness to continue in office and
a I'esolution, will be proposed at tlie Annual General Meeting in accordance with
Section 485 of tlie Companies Aot 2006.
