Réstricted fvnds are subject to specrfic condl¥ons by donors as lo how they may be used. The purposes and uses of the restricted funds are set out in the notes lo the finandal statements. Bank overdrafts are shown within borrowngs in current liabilyties. 1.8 Finan¢ial Instruments The charity has elected lo apply the provisions c>f Section 11 'Basic Finanual Instruments, arld Section 12 'Oth$r Financsal Instruments Issues, of FRS 102 to all of its financial instruments. Finafieial instruments aro recognised in the chadvs balance sheet when the charity becomes paty to the contractual provistons of the instrumgnt.
