The Sim The Annual Genetal meeting of the above association was held on Monday 18th March 2018 at 7".30pn4 in Dergina Orange Hall. MT Trevor Ashfi¢ld t￿k the chair and thanked the members for attending. The secretary read the minutes of the last AGM and confirn)ed charity accounts and report had been submitted. The Treasurer Mrs DulT then gave the financial report (attached). she stated while expenses were dovm a IEttle so was the income from grants etc. but a small surplus w&8 still available in the account to CL)ver any unexpected expenses. The Chairman thanked the officers and members for the Iwd work over the knst year and declared all office vacant.
