**Purposes:** The objectives shall be to promote and encourage the playing of Brass Band music, to advance the understanding and interest in Brass Band music for the benefit and entertainment of the inhabitants of the Tullyvallen area, together with the wider immediate area of Newry and Mourne District Council and Armagh District Council, which is contiguous to Tullyvallen and its environs.
