In March 2023 ive had resumed our Tesidential programmes w)si-pandemic and launched the Seedbed gardening
and enyirontnent project at (ilebe Ilouse. The neii'l)" established Strat]£lord and District Men s Shed took up
residence in an unused building on our site. Hai'ing strengthened our C'ouncil of Managemenl. at the beginning
April 2023 the Trust H'as in a go￿1 wsiiion to enrich and strengthen its programmes. and financially M'as in a
break-eTr'en pogiiion.

manner to enable the Trusi to rebuild and develop its programmes.
Whilsi ihe loss of funding and staff meant ihe Trusi had w pause its programmes for children and young people
in summer 202i. the programtnes for adults not onl). continued but grew and thriNcd. also created and
delivered ne5￿. pro?rammes.

beiier position to promoie its programmes and facililies and attrac( neiv partitipants.
