Ob'ectlves and Achievtments
To provide a meeting place for the beneficiaries in the area to come to, and avail of, the classes and events,
in education, health, recreation, cultural awareness and heritage, folklore and much more. We aim to provide
a safe health environment for the environ5. We promote rural development and cultural awareness in the
area of benefit.
A¢hievem6nt$ 4nd Performance
We have achieved our aims and objectives by the interest in our programme of activities, events, recreational,
and by the numbers in attendance. Wlthin the group, we also take part in cultural nights and events the
local area.

It is the policy of the charity to maintain restricted reserves which matche5 the needs of the trust, both at the
current time and the foreseeable future. This provides sufficient fvnds to cover running costs which include
management. administration and support costs.

To continue building upon the work we have done. To provide a safe meeting place for the community. Thls
will enable the environs to engage in community events in education, health and well-being, and recreational
activities. We aim to promote rural development, culture and herltage in the area of benefit. We plan to
enrich, engage, educate. the beneficiaries from all ablllties and ages to participate, encoura8in8 social and
personal development and interaction.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees Annual Report and the financial statements i
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards Iunited Kingdom Generally
Accepted Accounting Practicel.
Company law requires the trustee5 to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true
and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resource5,
including the income and expenditure, of the charity for that period. Irs preparing these financial statements.

any time the financial position of the charity. The trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of
the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other
