Chairperson Bob Windrum opened the meeting %Mth thanks lo the Lord Mayor, for
the Invitatlon lo hold the AGM at the Coundl offices.
Bob Ihen gave a comprehensive account of the ￿l)rk undertaken by the Forum.
a¢kr￿wIedglng all the hard work of the member groups. Bob extended special
thanks lo President Mattie West for the work she undertakes on a regular basis on
behalf of the FONM. The forum organised a number of outings for members and
enjoyed a number of Guesl Speakers througFM)Lrt the year
Bob also thanked Jacqueline Connolly for her atteThJan¢e at the meetirKJ.
Bob expressed thanks to all the oifice Bearers and members of Ihe Committee for
thelr tlme and dedICa￿n to the Forum.
6. Treasurers Report
Sally McQuaid provided a comprehenslve breakdown of the Ino)me and expenditure
for the year. Copies of the final accounts are available on request. The Forum has
been successful in their recent applicalion lo the ABC coundl. On behalf of the
Forum Bob thanked Teresa for all her hard work as Treasurer.
7. Appolntm•nt of Audltor5'. A¢￿Unts fomially audiled and signed off by L
Kerr as a true and fair account. The Forum agreed to keep L Kerr as the auditors.

Action: Sally to ring Big Lottery for feedback.
Nuala infonned the group that she was unable to ty)ok a place on the Older
peoples conference due to take place on the 16 November, members
discuss thls and it was agreed thal these drfficulties would be feed back to
organlsers.
Bob asked for a list of all members to distributed
Mullabrack Club absence was noted at the meeting, Bob requested Ihat
contact be made with representstive to ensure they are recelving information.
