Basls of Independent Examinerfs Report
My examination, carried out on the 18 February 2024, was in accordance with the general
directlons given by the Charity Commission. The examination intluded a review of the accountin8
records kept by the charity and a compari50n of the accounts presented with those records. It also
included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations
from you as a Management Committee concerning such matters.
Independent Examineff s Statement
In the course of my examination, no matter came to my attention and therefore l am satisfied that
The Open Ooor Centre has kept a good standard of accounting procedure5 and I belleve that the
accounts give a true and fair view of the financial dealing5 of the charity.
