The charitys beneficiaries are avallaLle lo everyone (from any religious denominatlon or from no religious denomin8tionl, These benefits are demonstrated from the feedback from people who attend the regular fellowships and cla88es. All purposes are beneficial and none are harmful. Th8r8 are no private b8nefits flowing from the Charity purpose. The charlty also forms fellowships In various locatlons for the purpose of Bible study, and to encourage, financially and otherwise, the provision of any form bureau. service, r8gist8r or any olh8r facillty of speciflc interest andlor benefit to the promolion of Bible study. The direct benefits which flow from this purpose Include Ihe promotion ol the worship of God and the leachings of the Bible. The benefici8ries are available to 8V8ryon8 (from any religious denomination or from no religious denomlnationl. We are assisted by volunt88rs who help organis8 c18888S 8nd fellowships. Achl•voment8 and p•rformanc• During the year the charity has d8llv8r8d courses, presented classes and run fellowships lo leach peop18 how to understand and apply the Bible, Flnanclal rovlew During the year donations of £21.976 were received. Total ¢osts for th8 year wer8 £20,526. Thls left a cash Surplus for the year of £1,450, Al the year 8nd the Charlty had reserves of £3,417. The Trustees were pleased with the results for the year. All the re8erve8 at the year end were all unrestricted. Reserv•s poll¢y and golng concorn Reserves are need8d to bridge the gap b8tW88n the sp8ndlng and r8celvlng ol incom8 and to cover unplanned emergency costs. Oue to the nature of Charlty the Trustee$ conslder that It Is not necessary to have any reserves as the charllable acllvltles can be continued wlthout any Income. The Tru8tee8 have reviewed Ihe clrcumstances of the Charity and conslder that there are adequate funds for the foreseeable future. The dlreclors are of the vlew that the Charlty is a going concern. Company law requires the Trustees lo prepare financial statements for each financial year whlch give a true and fair view of the slate of affairs of Ihe charitable company and of the profit or loss of the company for that year.
