The directors are pleased to present their annual report together with the financial slatements of the Charity
for the year ended 31 July 2023 which are also prepared to meet the requirements for a Oirectors, report and
accounts for Companles Act purposes.
The financial statements comply with the Charities Act (NII 2022, Companies Act 2006. the Memorandum and
Articles of Association. and Accounting and Reporting by Charilies.- Slat8ment of Recommend8d Practice

DurSng the year the charity has ¢Jelivered courses, presented classes and run fellowshlps to teach people how
to understand and apply the Bible and to promote the worship of God.
Our purpo8e• and actlvltles
Th8 purposes of Heavenly Class Limited are to advance and promote the worship of God by the readlng and
study of the Bible and lo run courses lo help understand and apply the Bible. The direct benefits which flow
from the advancemenl of r8ligion include the promotion of the worshlp of God and the teachings of the Bible.
The charity's benefIc￿arleS are availatAe to ev8ryone Ifrorn any religious denomination or from no religlous
denomination), These benefits are demonstrated from the feedback from people who attend the regular
fellowships and classes. All purposes are beneficlal and none are harmful. There are no private b8nefits
flowing from the Charity purpose.
The charity also forms fellowships in v8rlous locatlons for the purpose of Bible study, and to encourage,
flnanclally and otherwise, the provislon of any form bureau, seryice. register or any olher facility of speclflc
interest andlor benefit lo Ihe promotion of Bible study. The direct benefits which flow from this purFJose include
the promotion of the worship of God and the teachings of the Bible. The beneficiaries are available lo
everyone (from any religious d8nominatlon or from no religious denomination). These benefits can b8
demonstrated from the feedback from people who attend the regular fellowships and classes. Th8re Is no
harm flowing from this purpose. There is no priv8te benefit flowng from thls purpose.
In shapSng our objecllves for the year and plannlng our activlties, the trustees have consldered the Charlty
Commission's guidance on public ben8fil r8quirement {PBR1 }. W8 end8avour to encourage a wide range of
people to take advantage of our expertise and promote all withln our community to make use of our seNice8.

The Charity is very involved in the community and we rely on voluntary help. We are as5isled by volunteers
who help organise classes 8nd fellowships.

Durlng the y88r the charity has delivered coursas, presented cLq888s and run fellowships to teach people how
to undersland and apply the 8ible.

During the year donations of £21.976 were recelved, Totsl costs lor the year were £20,526. This18ft a cash
surplus for the year of £1,450. At the year end the Charlty had re88rves 01 £3,417.
The Trustees wefe pleased with the results for the year. All the reseNe8 at tha year end were all unre81ricted.
Re8•tve• pollcy and golng concern
R8serves are need8d to bridge the gap belwe8n the spending and rec8iving of income and lo cover
unplanned emergency cosls, Due to the nature of Charlty the Trustees con8lder that It Is not necessary to
have any reserves as the charilable 8cllvitles can be conllnued wlthout 8ny Income.
The Trustees have reviewed the circumstances of the Charity and consider that there are adequate lunds for
the foreseeable future. The directors are of the view that the Charity is a going concern.

We p18n to contlnue to offer classes to advance and promote the worshlp ol God.

responsible for preparing a Trustee's Annual Report and linancial statements in accordance with applicable

and fair v￿W of the state of affairs of the charitable company and of the profit or loss of the company for that
