Respective responsibilities of director and independent examiner: As described on page 3 the company directors are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements which comply with The Companies Act 2006 and The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. The charity is not subject to an audit under company law and is eligible for independent examination. It is our responsibility to: (i) examine the financial statements under section 65 of The Charities Act.
