ANNUAL REPORT The directors present the annual report and the financial statements of the company for the year ended 30th November, 2022. 1. Statement Of Directors, Responsibilities Company law requires the directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the balance sheet date and of the profrt or loss for the year then ended. Respective responsibilities of director and independent examiner: As described on page 3 the company directors are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements which comply with The Companies Act 2006 and The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. The charity is not subject to an audit under company law and is eligible for independent examination. It is our responsibility to: (i) examine the financial statements under section 65 of The Charities Act. (li) follow the prO￿dureS laid down in general directions given by the Charity (iii) Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. state whether particular mattels have come to our attention. Basis of independent examiner3 report: We have examined the attached charity accounts as required under section 65{9)(b) of the Charities Act and our examination was cariied out under the general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9){b) of the Charities Act. The examination of the accounting records kept by the charty and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements.
