I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ei)ded 31 May 2024, which are set out on page5 2 to 3.

As the charity's trustees you are r¢sponsible for the prepai-ation of the accouiits in accoi-dance wilh the
Charities Act (Northern Ii'eland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Chai'ities Act
Follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland undei. section 65(9)(b) of the Chai'ities Act

Basis of independent examlner's report
I have ¢xainin¢d your chai'ity accounts as I'equired undei. section 65 of the Chai'ities Act and oui,
examination was carried out in accordance with the general Dii'ections given by the Charity Coinmission
for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Acl.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented wilh those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures
in the accounts, and seekin8 explanations from you as charity trustees conceiming any such matters,
My role is to slate whether any material matters have corne to our attenlion giving us cause to believe.,
That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act
That the accounts do not accoi'd with those accounting recoi'ds
That the accounts do not Comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act
That there is further infomiation needed foi, a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
