We considered the opportunities and incentives that may exist within the A&4Jciation for fraud and identified the greatest potential for ftaud in the following areas: management override of controts relating to posting of journals. To address thos¢ risks we discussed thc risks with client management and designed audit procedures to test a sample of journals to confirn they were appropriate.
