Respertlve Responsibillties of the Trustees and Examiner As the ChariWs Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Art 2008: follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission under section 65{9){b) of the Charitles Act 2(X)8; state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basls of Independent Exam5nerfs report I have examined your Charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charitles Act and my examinatlon was carried out In accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Commisslon for Northern Ireland under section 6519)Ibl of the Charities Act. My examination included a review of the accountlng records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those ￿Cords. It also included consideratlon of any unusual items or disclosure5 In the accounts, and seekin8 explanations from you as Charity Trustees Con￿rning any such matters. My role is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attention 8lving me cause to belleve., l. That accountlng records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act. 2.
