The trustees (who are also dredors for the purposes of company law) are responsible for th8 preparation of th8
accounts in accordance wilh the Companies Act 2006. Having satisfied myself that the company ss not subject to an
audit under company law. and is eligible for independent examination, it ts my responsibillty to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Chatities Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Chanty C¢)mmEsion for Northem Ireland
under section 6519}(b) of the CharTbes Act, and
state whether any particular matters have come to my attention

I have examined your company accounts as required under section 65 of the ChaTities Act and my examination was
carried out in accordance with the general directions gNen by the Charty Commission of Northem Ireland under section
65(91(b) of the Charibes ACL
My examinatlon induded a review of the ￿oUnting records kept by the corrpany and a comparison cf the accounts
presented with those records. It also induded ￿r￿Ide￿dti0n of any unusual It8￿ts or disclosures in the accounts and
seekiro explanations from you as trusteas concErniTrJ such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to balieve:
that accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 65 of the Charities Act,
that the acwuiils do not aGGord wilh those accounting records.
that th8 accounts do not comply with the accounting requirerrEnts of the Charities Act,
thatthere is further information needed for proper understandiro of the accounts to b8 reached.

I have completed my examination and have no concems in respect of the matters listed above and. in CA)nnection with
following the Directtons of the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland, I have found no matters that require drawing
to your attention.
