by a constitution dated 14th December 2011, accepted as a charity by HM Revenue & Customs
under reference number XR80515 and registered with the Chariry Commission for Northern
Ireland on 6th January 2016 under charity number NIC102438.
Th¢ charity's purpose5 are detailed within the ¢ix)stitution and can be summaries as;
l. To relteve In cases of need, hardship or distress, freem&sons and the widows and
other dependents of de¢eased freem&sons.
2. To provide financial assistance to other duly Constituted Masonic Charities.
3. To provide financial &8stslance to any person or b(dy for any "charitsble pur￿￿..
The Tn]stees have had regard to the Public benefit guidance i&8ued by the Ch￿lty Commission
for Northern Ireland.
Durin8 the year ended 31* December 2025 the charity conducted the following activities in
furtherance of its artivities for the public beDefiL
l. Donations were nkade to seven other ma%)nic charities, allowing thcm to ¢ontinue
their own charitable ¥tivities, providi08 assistance to freemasons and their families
in nee¢ as well &s 5UPWtin8 other charities io their communities.
