The charity's purposes are detailed within the constitution and can be summaries as. l. To relieve in cases of need, hardship or distress, freemasons and the widows and other dependents of deceased freemasons. 2. To provide financial assistance to other duly constituted Masonic Charities. 3. To provide financial assistance to any person or body for any "charitable purpose" The Trustees have had regard to the Public benefit guidance issued by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland. During the year ended 31 St December 2024 the charity conducted the following activities in furtherdnce of its activities for the public benefit; l. Donations were made to nine other masonic charities, allowing them to continue their own charitable activities, providing assistance to freemasons and their t'amilies in need, as well as supporting other charities in their communities.
