The company was established under a Memorandum of Association which established the objects and powers of the charitable company and is governed under its Articles of Association. Responsibilities of tho Board of Dlrectors The directors are responsible for preparing the annual report and the financial statements in accordance with the applicable law and United Kingdom Generally Accepted A¢counting Practice. Coinpany law requires the directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year, which give a ture and fair view of the state of affairs of the charitable company and of the incoming resources and application of resources, including the income and expenditure of the charitable company for that period.
