The financial statements have been prepared in accx)rdance with the acrounting poficies set out in notes to

Reporting by charti￿es-. Statement of Recommended Practi￿ applicable to tharities P￿paring their accounts
in accordants with the Financial Rep￿lIng Standard applicable in the LIK and Republic OT Ireland.

November saw a major production of Impac( Amiagh's Train Disaster in the Matn Theatre of the Market
PJaTr. Armagh.
January 2024. we held our fiTSt"Mini Plays" production in Abbey Lane Theatre.
Toxic Relationships had trial runs in Dubfin on 2 occasions late 2023 folkswed by fiJll perfOrMar*￿ in Apnl in
Abbey L2ne The*e. Lasty tt was perfomied in a major Arts Festival in Dingle in May 2024.
We performed 2 one act plays. Laundry & Bourbon and Waitsng For You in June 2024 in Abbey Lane

The script of Impa¢ Armagh's Train Disaster was published by Armagh Theatre Group Pubfishing and is
now selling at various locations around ATmagh Cty.
Trustees, responsibilities
The trustees (who dre also Oireaors of Am)agh Theatre Company Limited for the purposes of Ixmpany law)
are responsib]e for preparing the Trustees. Annual Report and the financial statements in accordan(E with
applicable law and United lfjngd(¥n A£￿Unting Stsndards (Unite(l Ffjngdom Generalty Accepted Accounling
Practtce).
Company law requires the trustees Eo prepare ffnanoal statemeni5 for each finanoal year, whid) give a true
8nd fair view of the state of aY8irs of the charitsble company and of the incoming reSoUr￿S and application
of resources, including the income and expenditur< of the chaTitable company for that period. In preparing
the* ffnancial statements, the trustees are required to:
