I report on the accounts of the company for the year ended 1st Juty 2023 vthich are set out on pages 5 to 13.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
As the charity tnjstees (and also the director5 of the cornpany for the purposes of company law) you are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wtth the requirements of the Companies Act
2006. Having satisfied myself that the ¢hartty is not subject to audit under cornpany law, and 15 eligible for
independent examination. it is my responsibility to-
examine the accounts urKler section 65 of the Chartties Act:
follow the procedures lairj down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for
Northem Irdand under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act: and
state whether particular matters have come to my attenlion.
8asis of independent examinerfs report
I have examined your thartty accounts as reouired under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination
was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem
Ifeland under sectton 65{9Mb) of the Charities Act. The ernination induded a review of the accounting
records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also indudes
consideration of any unusual ttems or dtsclosures in the acxounts arK* seeking explanations fiom you as
charity trustees conceming any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe:
1. That accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 386 of the Companies Act 2006
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of the Companies Act
2006 and with the methods and principles of the Charities Statement of Recommended Practice
applicable to chartties preparing their accounts in accordance wtth the Financial Reportirsg Stsrldard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
4. That there is further information needed for a proper undeTstsnding of the accounts to be reached.

I have completed my examinalion and have no concems in respect of the matters {1) to (4) listed above and.
in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland. I have found no
matters that require drawing to your attention.
