## Activities

**Purposes:** The Charity is established for the relief of those in need  by reason of disability amongst the inhabitants of Northern Ireland and its environs (without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion) in any exclusively charitable way but in particular through;   i.	The provision of assistance dogs to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or people who are wheelchair users in order to improve their quality of life;  ii.	Managing and supporting all aspects of the identification, training and accreditation of assistance dogs;  iii.	Supporting families with children who have ASD and individuals who are wheelchair users;  iv.	Establishing and promoting standards of excellence in all areas of assistance dog acquisition, training and care;  v.	Informing and educating the public about the benefits of assistance dogs;  vi.	Promoting and encouraging the acceptance of assistance dogs in public and private amenities;  vii.	Raising awareness of ASD and physical disabilities;  viii.	Working in charity with statutory, voluntary and community organizations in common effort to meet the needs of the Charity’s beneficiaries.
