**Independent examiner’s report to the charity trustees of North Down & Ards Road Safety Committee.** 

**I report on the accounts of the trust for the year 31[st] . March 2019, as advised to the charity commission.** 

**Responsibility:** As the trustees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. 

I am responsible to: 

1. Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act 

2. Follow procedures laid out under said act 

3. Advise any matters which come to my attention. 

I have examined the accounts as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act under the directions given by the Charity Commission. 

The examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity, and compared these records to the accounts presented. 

I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention giving me any cause for concern. 

I confirm that this report is independent from the charity, and that as a retired Bank Manager I am suitably qualified to carry out this review.
