As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requireinents of
the Cliarities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

Basis of the iiidependent examiner's report
I have exainiiied yoiii. cliarity accounts as required under Seclion 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was
carried out in accordance with the general Dii'ections given by the Charity Coininission for Northern ITeland under
Section 65(9)(b) of the Chai'ities Act. The examination included a i'eview of the accoiii)ting records kept by the charity
and a coinpai-ison of the accoiints presented with those ￿COrdS. 11 also included consideration of aiiy unusual it¢ms oi.
disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations froin you as charity trustees concei-ning any such Inatters.
