**Purposes:** The advancement of the arts, culture and heritage, and the promotion of the education of the public in the arts, culture, and heritage among the public in the Trillick area and its environs, including the arts of mumming, drama, music and dance, particularly but not exclusively:   a)	preservation of historical traditions such as mumming b)	provision of street entertainment in the form of mumming and music  c)	the encouragement of active participation of all ages and communities in the arts d)	provide arts, cultural and drama based educational programmes e)	advance young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; f)	advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the Directors may from time to time decide in accordance with charity law.
