## DORINDA LADY DUNLEATH CHARITABLE TRUST 

Report of the Trustees for the year ended 5 April 2023 

During the year ended 5 April 2023 the Trustees met on two occasions. They reviewed the performance of their investment portfolio and retained Sarasin & Partners as their investment manager. 

The Trustees received a legacy under the will of the late Lady Dunleath amounting to £528,964 which they have invested with Sarasin & Partners.

The Trustees approved 31 grants totalling £27,100.00. Details of the grants will be found in the Accounts and Balance Sheet for the year ended 5 April 2023 prepared by Muir & Addy, Chartered Accountants.
