Unqualified report for a charity that is not a company and income of £250,000 or less
I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31, December 2024, which are set out on the
statement of income & expenditure.
Respective responsibilities of the charity trustee and examiner
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
Charities Act INorthern Ireland) 2008.

Examine the accounts under s65 of the Charities Act
Follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Commission under $6519llbl of
the Charities Act
State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examiner's Report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under s65 of the Charities Act and my examination was
carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland
under 56519llbl of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in
the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention Biving me cause to believe:
That accounting records were not kept in accordance with $63 of the Charities Act
That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act
That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

The Trust is overseen by Professional Trustees, Cleaver Fulton Rankin, solicitors
The Trust fund is avatlable to the Church for the provision of capital projects and hence they have bought and own the
current Rectory and the previous rectory. The Church benefits from the investment intome produced by the Trust Fund
and also the current rental income provided from the lettin8 Out of the old rettory.
The values of the properties are derwed from the Zoopla
This is an investment held by the church in an investment fund suitable for charities. the investment Income from
this investment is poid out to the church bank account as investment Income

This Carrowdore Parish allocation of the Church of Ireland Unlt Trust of which we are entttled to the distributions
the income is distributed to the church bank account annuallv
