the Charities Act
State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent Examlnerfs Report
I have examlned your charlty accounts as required under s65 of the Charitles Act and my examination was
carried out in accordance wlth the general Direttions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland
under s6519llb} of the Charitie5 Art.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the chartty and a compari50n of the
accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual item5 or disc105ures in
the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustee5 concernin8 any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have cr)me to my attention giving me cause to believe:
That accounting record5 were not kept in accordance with s63 of the Charities Act
That the account5 do not accord with those accounting record5
That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charlties Act
That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be rÈached.
