As the charity's tsijstees you are Ksponsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan¢e with the
Charities Act INI) 2008.
It is the ￿SpOIlsIbilIty of Eamonn P McGrady & Co to:
examine the accounts und¢r section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general d1￿CtionS given by the Charity Commission
under section 65(9) (b) of the Charities ACL
state whether particular matters have come to our attention
Basis of independent euminer's ststsment
Eamonn P McGrady & Co have examined your charity accounts as required und¢r section 65 of the
Charities Act and our examination was carried out in accordance with the genernl Directions given by
the Charity Commission Nl under section 65(9) (b) of the eharities Act.
Our examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of
the accounts presented with those records. It also included wnsideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any
such matters.
The role of Eamonn P McGrady & Co is to stste whether any material matters have come to our
attention giving cause to believe:
l. that accounting ￿CordS were not kept in accordance with section 62 of the
Charities Act
2. that the accounts do not accord with those ￿oUnting records
3. that the accounts do not comply Wlth the accountin8 requirements of th¢
Charities Act
4. that there is further inforniation needed for a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached

Eamonn P M¢Grady & Co have completed an examination and have no concerns in respect of the
matters I to 4 listed above and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charity
Commission Nl have no matters that require to be drawn to your attention.
