Durmg 2018 the overall value of the fund has fall￿ by £21.505(4%). This w&8
attributsble to a fall in the l&st quats in the stock market ￿lch had an adverse effect on
long term investments. Thtte was an increase in Income in 2018 as a dir￿1 result of sale
of b￿geS and fimds receiv￿ through the sale of Twclfth books althou￿ this offset
by a r*luction in income received througb"spxials" in LL￿Paris0￿ to 2017 whith fell
from £6,405 in 2017 ts £1,150 in 2018. The overall c4)ntinues to be in a 8TrxI

Responsibilities of the Truste
The charity's trnstees are responsible for preparing the Trustees Annual Report and the
rinancial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Acwunting

The law appltcable to charities ID Northern Ireland requires the t￿￿tee$ to prepare
financia] statements for each year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of
the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources of the charity for
that period. In preparing these financial statements, the trustees are required to:
Observe the methods and policies and principles in the charities SORP.
Make judgements and estimates thal 8re reaso[￿ble and pNdent'
State whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any
material departures disclosed and explained in the rtnancial statements:
Prepare the financial slatements on the going concern b&8is unless it is
inappropriate to presume that the cbarity will conttnue in operation.
The Inistees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with
reasonable accuracy at any time the fman¢ial position of the chatity and enable them to
ensure that the financial statements comply wtth the Charities Act (Northern Ireland)
1964. The Trustees are also r￿ponsIble for safeguarding the assets of the cl)arity and
hence for taking reasonable sfrps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other
irregularitie5.

Basis of Independent Examiners Statement
My Examination includes a review and comparison of accounting records presented
wtihin these statements. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidenc¢
required within an audil and as such no audit opinion on whether the accounts present a
'true and fair view" will be presented.

Within my examination no matters have bcen brought to my attention and as such I am
