TheAssociation met on the 3011124 aswe had not metfor a while. itwas proposed we
have a table quizto be held on 17" April 2024. Therewas 8 discussion about seeking
funding forthe hall as the roof and front porch are both in need of repair.
The hall is regularly used with monthlymeetings and weekly band practise nights.The
hall is also availablefor ￿ntaI for Birthday Parties etc to those in the local community.
TheTrustees are contentthat the finances oftheAssociation are in a sound position.
There are no outstanding debts. No reseNes are held.
TheAssociation are still committed to encouraging peopLe to come to the hallto avail
themselves to all that taking occurring in hall.
