TheAssociation held meetings: 514122, 2415122, 716122, 1416122. 2816122, 3118122.
We received a grantfrom Newry Mourne and Down District Councilto celebrate the
Queen's Platinum Jubilee. It was decided to hold the event on 2nd July2022. Weheld a
familyBBQ, with Highland Dancers and a Piping Display, a BouncyCastLe, games for
the young ones. Memorabilia was giftedto thosewho attended. Thiswas a great
success bringing the people from Curley area together after 2 years of Covid
restrictions.
The hall is back in use with monthly meetings and weekly band practise nights. The hall
is also availableforrentalfor Birthdayparties again.
TheTrustees are content that the finances of theAssociation are in a sound position.
There are no outstandingdebts. No reserves are held.
The Association are still committed to trying to bring peopLe back together, especially
those who have felt isolated following Covid restrictions.
