Understandable because this festival has a reputation for attracting enormous crowds of visitors; frequently exceeding 30,000+ people. There was no possibility of modifying the event to reduce numbers attending and introducing social distancing. Country Comes To Town is a public event with no entry fee and occupies the entire centre of Portadown which has 9 major entry routes and at least 15 minor means of access. Please remove .
