Looking back on back on on year ending 5" ending 5" 5" April 2025 we we are confident that we have carried out our stated objectives as detailed above. The increased cost-of-living, and increased cost of food has been a contributing factor as to why our services continue to be in high demand. We are connecting with more agencies and receiving more referrals to use our service than previous years.
Our REACH (Restore, Equip & Create Hope) foodbank is open daily from 12 — 2 where clients drop in for food and they are invited to stay for some tea or coffee and a chat. The foodbank is our outreach into the community and clients from all of Co Tyrone use our services.

We continued to meet on Zoom weekly for our Tuesday Night Prayer meetings. This allows more people to “attend”. On Thursday evenings, we held Home Group in our home and later in the year we moved this meeting to the Outreach Building to enable those from the community to come who want to learn more about God and be encouraged. On the last Thursday of the month, we come together for an in-person united prayer service. The last Sunday of every month we hold a sharing and communion service and then in the evening we open up the Outreach Building for people to drop in for tea & coffee and a chat. Certain months we have activities at this event.
Easter was at the end of March, we held our usual Good Friday communion service and Easter Sunday Celebration service. Both were well attended by all sections of the community.
In April some of the ladies from our various groups attended a cross-border tea party in Dundalk as part of engaging with people of other backgrounds and nationalities.
In May we carried out a Food bank drive in Asda to raise awareness in the local community that there is a Food Bank in Omagh and also to engage with people who weekly put items into the food bank trolly in Asda.
In June we celebrated our 10" birthday as a church. We had a weekend of celebration with a community party, and we also held a Songs & Stories event in a local school, this was
| September saw us getting back into action after the summer break and we began planning | for our Christmas Hamper appeal. | In October we began the first of three Christmas Hamper Drives in Asda where we asked customers to purchase certain items for our Christmas Hampers that are distributed via | agencies in our local community at Christmas time. | At the end of November, we met together to “Dec the Halls” and put-up Christmas decorations in our church building and the Outreach building. This brought a sense of Christmas cheer. Also, in November we had another Christmas Hamper Drive, we also held our Flourish ladies Christmas party. | December is always a busy month for Church and the food bank. We had our final Christmas : Hamper Drive, and we made up Christmas hampers for 500 people in our community. Local | churches helped contribute to these hampers. We had our annual carol service and Christmas dinner this month as well. At the start of January, January, we “Undecked the Halls” and took down down decorations for another | year. At end end of January, we January, we we had 3 days of prayer prayer in preparation for Vision Vision Sunday on the gth

attended by different sections of the community. All donations received were given to Dementia NI. All church attendees received a commemorative 10" Anniversary mug.
in July & August we continued to engage with the community on a day-by-day basis in the food bank. No activities were organised to give our volunteers a break.
At the start of January, January, we “Undecked the Halls” and took down down decorations for another year. At end end of January, we January, we we had 3 days of prayer prayer in preparation for Vision Vision Sunday on the gth of February 2025. At that service the pastors brought a plan of what lay ahead for the church for the incoming year.
In February we had a deep clean of our buildings and engaged in some refresher training. We organised a community movie night with people from all ages attending. We also organised a men’s event where we had a guest speaker share an inspiring message. We also attended a Salt & Light event which taught us how to share the gospel better in our community.
On the 6" of March we held a Pancake Thursday home group where we sampled delicious home-made pancakes with lots of toppings to choose from.
In March we also undertook our annual a “Proverb a day “challenge where we encouraged people to read the book of Proverbs, there are 31 Proverbs just perfect for the 31 days in March.
In April we had guest ministers share a life changing message at church.
The USPCA continues to supply food to the foodbank for dogs & cats. This is much needed as if their owner has no food that means the animal doesn’t have food either. This food is available for those who need it for their animals.
We are very thankful to Asda for the opportunity to have a trolley dedicated for shoppers to donate food and toiletry items to the REACH Food Bank. This trolly is emptied weekly and all food is used for our daily food bags. Asda also gave us permission to hold three “Christmas
|
Hamper Food Drive” days where we handed out a “wanted” list which had specific items listed which would be used for our Christmas Hampers.
Marks & Spencer provide food to the foodbank twice weekly which we deliver to foodbank users.
| users. | We have seen a demand in clients requesting hygiene and cleaning products as these items | have increased in price significantly. We now have a special area set aside where clients can | choose items they need when they came to the food bank. This was a much-needed addition to our food bags. | We have a local farmer who supplies eggs to the REACH food bank, we are so thankful for his generosity. | We have been so overwhelmed by the generosity of the public, Sainsburys, FODC, schools, churches, and several local businesses for their support during this last year. 2 We continue to see an increase in asylum seekers from other parts of the European Union using our services, this has created some challenges with the language barrier, Google Translate has been a godsend, but we are thankful that we’ve been able to help them and to also signpost them to other agencies for help also. We continue to see working class families use our services on a more regular basis.
: At Christmas time we always provide Christmas Hampers for several agencies in our area. This year we had more churches partner with us than last yearto make up hampers and they were distributed to the agencies two weeks before Christmas. We held a “Hamper : Making day” on Tuesday 10" December where several agencies and our volunteers came | together help make up hampers for the community. This brought so much joy to many | families when they received them. We were able to distribute 500 Christmas hampers. | We have regular visitors to church on Sunday which which brings people hope and encouragement
We have regular visitors to church on Sunday which which brings people hope and encouragement and which helps spreads the full Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
All age groups and all religions regardless of their social or economic standing were made very welcome at all our services. The public benefit has been achieved as people who joined our online services and in person services noticed a change personally in their lives and their circumstances as a result of the advancement of religion in their lives. People’s knowledge of the bible has increased, and this has given them a sense of hope for a brighter future.
We continue to receive offerings on as Sunday, and we have seen an increase in people giving electronically into our church bank account. Any offerings received were used to | cover the cost of any expenses incurred by Life Triumphant Church and the REACH Food Bank. Total income less expenses in the year amounted to a surplus of £8,027. Total reserves for the year-end 5" April 2025 were £40,462. :|[.] The REACH Food Bank continues to have a huge impact within our community. We continue to supply food to single parents, unemployed and employed, youths and families from all | walks of life. Our food bank is now well established and our location is easily accessible by : all. Weekly we gave out on average food bags to approximately 50 people in need and at : Christmas time we made up Christmas hampers for an extra 500 people, this increases year

after year. We have seen an escalation in food poverty which has increased dramatically, and we are thankful that we are able to support, offer advice and give information to help relieve those in need.
We continue to work closely with Social Services, Mental Health Teams, Housing Executive, First Housing, Probation Service, Action for Children, General Practitioners, Health Visitors, and many more statutory agencies that refer vulnerable people to ourselves for food and also to befriend them. We have been able to help as many disadvantaged people as possible that have come across our paths and improve their quality of living regardless of who they are or what social class they are from. The public benefit for relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage has been achieved.
There was no harm or possibility of harm outweighed by our stated benefits. There were no private benefits flowing from our stated purposes.
Our charity adheres to its Constitution as its governing document.
There have been no new trustees appointed in the last year and all trustees are willing to remain trustees for the foreseeable future.
The trustees all declare that they have had regard to the Commission’s guidance on public benefit and have reported on the activities above, which has furthered its purposes for the public benefit.
Approved by the trustees at our annual general meeting 19th January 2026 and signed on their behalf by:
