OBJECTIVES
The object of our organisation as set out in our Constitution is:
l. To spread and propagate the full Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and primarily, but not, exclusively the
Fundamental Truths;
2. To demonstrate the full Gospel of our Lord Je5U5 Christ by the relief of people who by reason of their
disability, age, infirmity, sickness, social or economic circumstances or caring responsibilities have a need
of health, social care or other related community services or recreational facilities by the provision of
information, advice, support and other Services and facilities calculated to relieve those needs,. and
3. To demonstrate the full Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ by the advancement of education in such ways
as may from time to time be charitable.
HOW WE HAVE CARRIED OUT OUR OBJECTIVES

Looking back on year ending 5 April 2024 we are confident that we have carried out our stated
objectives as detailed above. The cost-of-living crisis, the war in the Ukraine and increased living costs
have been a contributing factor as to why our services have been in high demand. We have worked hard
at community engagement and have connected with more agencies than in previous years.
We continued to meet on Zoom weekly for our Tuesday Night Prayer meetings. This allows more people
to'attend" On a Thursday evening we hold home group and open up our home for those from the
community to come in who want to learn more about God and be encouraged. The last Sunday of every
month we hold a sharing and communion service and then in the evening we open up the Outreach
Building for people to drop in for tea & coffee and a chat.
In April we had an Easter Egg hunt after church for children and we also had a game of find the golden
egg for the adults. Also, in April some of the ladies from our various groups attended a cross-border tea
party in Dundalk as part of engaging with people of other backgrounds and nationalities.
In May we carried out a Food bank drive in Asda to raise awareness in the local community that there is a
Food Bank in Omagh and also to engage with people who weekly put items into the food bank trolly in
Asda.
In June we celebrated our 9th birthday as a church. We held a celebration picnic; this wa5 attended by
different sections of the community. Later in the month we had an event for ladies where our guest
speaker came to talk to the ladies about how to "dress to kill" She showed us how to dress up our clothes
by wearing scarfs different ways.
In July we continued to engage with the community on a day-by-day basis in the food bank. No activities
were organised in July to give our volunteers a break.
In August we had a guest speaker come to church to share an encouraging but yet challenging talk. We
also helped out at a music festival which was being held in Cookstown.
In September we attended a gathering in Dundalk that brought people from all communities together for
a special time of teaching and singing. We also went to Londonderry to hear an inspiring talk of someone
who faced challenge after challenge but her faith in God brought her through.
In October we began the first of three Christmas Hamper Drives in A5da where we encouraged customers
to purchase certain items for our Christmas Hampers that are distributed via agencies in our local
community.

At the end of November, we met together to"Dec the Halls" and put-up Christmas decorations in our
church building and the Outreach building. This brought a sense of Christmas cheer. Also, in November
we had another Christmas Hamper Drive, we also held our Flourish ladies Christmas party.
December is always a busy month for Church and the food bank. We had our final Christmas Hamper
Drive, and we made up Christmas hampers for 450 people in our community. Local churches helped
contribute to the amount of hamper. We had our annual carol service and Christmas dinner this month as
well.
At the start of January, we "Undecked the Halls" and took down decorations for another year. At end of
January, we had 3 days of prayer in preparation for Vision Sunday on the Ilth of February 2024. At that
service the pastors brought a plan of what lay ahead for the church for the next year.
On the 15th of February we held a Pancake Thursday home group where we sampled delicious home-
made pancakes with lots of toppings to choose from. We also had an organisation called Christian Vision
for Men take one of our men's meetings at the Outreach Building.
In March we undertook a "Proverb a day'challenge where we encouraged people to read the book of
Proverbs, there are 31 Proverbs just perfect for the 31 days in March. This month we also began a study
book called In Search of Timothy at home group, this was designed to encourage people to put others
before themselve5 and to serve in church in a practical way.
Easter was in March, and we held our usual Good Friday service and Easter Sunday service. Both were
well attended by all sections of the community
The USPCA continues to supply food to us for dogs & cats so we could distribute to those who needed it
for their animals.
We are very thankful to Asda for the opportunity to have a trolley dedicated for shoppers who can donate
food and toiletry items to the REACH Food Bank. This trolly is emptied weekly and all food is used for our
daily food bags. Asda a150 gave us permission to hold three 'Christmas Hamper Food Drive" days where
we handed out a "wanted" list which had specific items listed which would be used for our Christmas
Hampers.
We have seen a demand in clients requesting hygiene products as these items have increased in price
significantly. We now have a special area set aside where clients can choose items they need when they
came to the food bank. This was a much-needed addition to our food bags.
We have a local farmer who supplies eggs to the REACH food bank, we are so thankful for this addition to
our food bags.
We have been 50 overwhelmed by the generosity of the public, Sainsburys, FODC, schools, churches, and
several local businesses for their support during this challenging time.
We continue to see an increase in asylum seekers from other parts of the European Union using our
services, this has created some ch311enges with the language barrier, but we are thankful that we've been
able to help them and to also signpost them to other agencies for help also. More than ever we are seeing
working class families use our services.
At Christmas time we always provide Christmas Hampers for several agencies in our area. This year we
had more churches partner with us than last year to make up hampers and they were distributed to the

agencies two weeks before Christmas. We held 3 "Hamper Making day" on Tuesday 12 December where
several agencies and our volunteers came together help make up hampers for the community. This
brought so much joy to many families when they received them. We were able to distribute 450
Christmas hampers.

We have regular visitors to church on Sunday which brings people hope and encouragement and which
helps spreads the full Gospel of our Lord Jesu5 Christ.
All age groups and all religions regardless of their social or economic standing were made very welcome
at all our services. The public benefit has been achieved as people who joined our online services and in
person services noticed a change personally in their lives and their circumstances as a result of the
advancement of religion in their lives. People's knowledge of the bible has increased, and this has given
them a sense of hope for a brighter future.
We continue to receive offerings on as Sunday, and we have seen an increase in people giving
electronically into our church bank account. Any offerings received were, used to cover the cost of any
expenses incurred by Life Triumphant Church and the REACH Food Bank. Total income less expenses in

the year amounted to a deficit of £221. Total reserves for the year-end 5 April 2024 were £32,435.
The REACH Food Bank continues to have a huge impact within our community. We continue to supply
food to single parents, unemployed and employed, youths and families from all walks of life. Our food
bank is now well established and our location is easily accessible by all. Weekly we gave out on average
food bags to approximately 50 people in need and at Christmas time we made up Christmas hampers for
an extra 400 people, this increases year after year. We have seen an escalation in food poverty which has
increased dramatically, and we are thankful that we are able to support, offer advice and give information
to help relieve those in need.
We continue to work closely with Social Services, Mental Health Teams, Housing Executive, First Housing,
Probation Service, Action for Children, General Practitioners, Health Visitors, and many more statutory
agencies that refer vulnerable people to ourselves for food and a150 to befriend them. We have been able
to help as many disadvantaged people as possible that have come across our paths and improve their
quality of living regardless of who they are or what social clas5 they are from. The public benefit for relief
of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage has
been achieved.
There was no harm or possibility of harm outweighed by our stated benefits. There were no private
benefits flowing from our stated purposes.
Our charity adheres to its Constitution as its governing document.
There have been no new trustees appointed in the last year and all trustees are willing to remain trustees
for the foreseeable future.
The trustees all declare that they have had regard to the Commission's guidance on Public benefit and
have reported on the activities above, which has furthered its purposes for the public benefit.
