Annual Report (Incorporating the Director's Report) (continued) Year ended 31 August 2022 Achievements and performance Programme of Events 2021122 Unfortunately, successive Covid-19 lockdowns have severely impacted the activities of Bellaghy Womens Group in 2020,2021 and 2022. The usual varied and insightful programme of events for members has sadly absent. Many of the attendees of Bellaghy Womens Group are wldowed, separated or slngle with some living rurally. Consequently, the Charity provides a crucial role in combatting loneliness and rural isolation. The absence of events due to the pandemlc has been keenly felt by members, underlining the Importance of the organisation in the local community. The Charity very much looks forward to belng active 8g8in once restrictions permit. Flnanclal review Total incoming resources amounted to £3,000 (2021 £3,980> and after deducting total resources expended of £2,256 (2021- £1,269) net incoming resources amounted to £744 (2021- £2,711). At the year end unrestricted funds amounted to £9,484 (2021- £8.740). You are satisfied that the accounts of the company are not required by charity or company law to be audited and have chosen instead to have an independent examination.
