**Purposes:** The Company's objects are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Northern Ireland (Bellaghy) and surrounding areas hereinafter described as the area of benefit without distinction of sexual orientation, race or of political religious or other opinions by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education, to promote family care and the relief of the elderly, to preserve the environment and heritage of the area of benefit and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
