It is my responsibility to: examlne the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act: follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commlsslon for Northern I￿land under section 6Sl9llbl of the Charities Act; and • state whether particular matters have corne to my attention. Basls of Independent Examlnerfs report I have examlned your charlty accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examlnatlon was carrled out In accordance wlth the 8eneral Dlrectlons glven by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65191{bl of the Charftles Act. My examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparlson of the account5 presented wlth those records. It also Included cons￿Jer3t10n of any unusual items or dlsclosures In the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees conceming any such matters.
