Independent Examiner's Report to Klnallen Rural Community Development Association I report on the accounts of the charity for the period ended 315t January 2021 which are set out on pages 7- Respertlve responslbllltles of Trnstees and Examlner As the charitvs trustees you are responsible for the preparatlon of the accounts in accordance with the Charltles Act (Northern I￿Land) 2008. It Is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charltles Act: follow the procedures laid down in the 8eneral Direction5 glven by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under sectlon 6519llbl of the Charities Act,. and state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon. Basls of Independent Examlner's report I have examined your charlty accounts as required under section 65 of the Charltles Act and my examlnatlon was carrled out in accordance wlth the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charltles Act. My examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charlty and a comparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It also Included conslderatlon of any unusual item5 or disclosures in the accounts, and seekin8 explanatlons from you a5 charlty trustees concernlng any such matters. My role Is to state whether any material matters have come to my attentlon glvlng me cause to believe: l. That accounting records were not kept In accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act 2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accounting records 3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accountin8 requirements of the Charities Act 4. That there Is further information needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts to be reached.
