As the Charities Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the Charities Act (Northem IrelarKI) 2008
It is my responsibility to:
Examlne the accounts under section 65 of the CharTties Act
Follow the procedures laid down In the general Directions given by th8 Charity
Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65 of Ihe Charities Act

I have examined your Charity Accounls as require under section 65 of the Charfties
Act and my examination was carried out in aCC￿rdance with the general Dlrections
given by the Charlty Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65 of the
Charities Act.
My examination inclLKled a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the Charty and
a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included
conslderation of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seekSng
explanations fomi you as Charity Trustees conceming any such matters.
My Role is to stste whether any materfal matters have come to my attentlon glving
me cause to believe..
That accounting records were not kept in accordance wth sectbn 63 of the Charities
Act
That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
That the accounts do not comply with the ac(x>unting requlrements of the Charftles
Act
That there is further Infomiation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts
to be reached.
